I normally don't write any reviews, but I am so grateful to this product. Thanks to this, my 7-year old son does not need an operation. True story. My ENT consultant friends say I need to write a case study! He had sleep apnea (when they stop breathing nighttime) for 15-20 seconds at the time due to enlarged tonsils. No problems with tonsillitis. He had always snored but the apnea had been going on for more than a year and getting worse. I would adjust his neck to be hyperextended and open his airway nighttime so he could breath. He needed an adenotonsillectomy, but I just didn’t fancy him having an operation if I could avoid it. So I started researching. And found out that high dose Turmeric (Curcumin) with black pepper is highly anti-inflammatory. There’s plenty of medical studies on high dose turmeric and arthritis, Ulcerative Colitis and even Cancer treatment/prevention. And it has proven to be both safe and effective (Cancer studies still ongoing). So I thought if those highly inflammatory diseases respond so well, my son’s hypertrophic (enlarged) tonsils might too.
I was very surprised but it did help! 10 days after starting the Turmeric, he wasn’t having apneas. Not only that, he doesn’t even snore anymore! Amazing. I’m still over the moon.

I think I’ve shared this before but here goes! Managed to get a booking in our favourite Appartments in Onan on 18 July!!! When I got there I discovered I had left my toilet bag with my liquid turmeric at home😱 First few days did two forests walks, managed to do my 10,000 steps easily!! By day three could not walk far without pain! I had to take it easy for the rest of the week, if I thought my turmeric wasn’t working I was proven wrong! Now back two weeks taking my Turmeric still finding that I am very stiff when I have been sitting and getting out of bed! I have osteoarthritis in both hips and right knee! Although I am delighted with how much better I feel taking turmeric I still wonder if there is anything else that I could do for the stiff joints! It can be embarrassing trying to straighten up when I stand especially getting out of the car! I just turned 60 on June, so would like to think this is not how I’m going to feel any suggestions?
It is better than the capsules, it’s certainly not a miracle worker and not as good as something like ibuprofen in terms of pain relief or inflammation reduction but it’s a natural alternative that taken daily should have a good effect on the body. Time will tell I guess. Gave it 4 stars as it hasn’t been unreal like some people make out but I will buy it again as it is definitely better than the capsules. Hope this honest review helps?
