In fact, we’re hesitant to even offer subscription to new customers because we don't want to be labelled as “one of those companies”.
We’ve even gone to the point of removing the subscription option from our regular product pages. Make no mistake we only offer automatic delivery to customers for whom it would be a good fit. Which usually means they have bought from us multiple times already.
When you subscribe to our products there are absolutely zero lock-in contracts and there never will be.

On top of that, we send a reminder email to our subscription customers four days prior to shipping the product.
This means if you already have too much and you would like to skip a delivery, change the delivery date, or even cancel all together...

There's nothing more frustrating than having to wait on hold for half an hour with your bank to file a chargeback that takes weeks to go through.

Both scenarios are a disaster for a small family run business. So to reward customers that sign up for subscription we offer a 15% discount on all of their deliveries. Which over the course of a year adds up to a free 2 months supply.
2). You're protected from when we go out of stock.
With everything going on in your world we understand that life gets busy and we understand. When you sign up for subscription, it's one less thing to worry about. Your products get automatically delivered to you at an interval of your choice unless you cancel your subscription.
It's like putting your healthy habit on autopilot.
Not only that but typically our products take a long time to make. Sudden spikes in demand are not uncommon so we do run out of stock now and then.

When is the deadline for cancelling or changing subscriptions?
Any changes or cancellation must be made 24 hours before your order is due to be dispatched.
We send a reminder email 4 days before to ensure you have plenty of time to change.
If you require us to cancel or edit your subscription we require you to contact us by email a minimum of 48 hours before your order is due to be dispatched to ensure we have adequate time to process your request.
Can I change my delivery day?
Yes, to adjust your delivery date follow the steps above; log into our website and edit the appropriate subscriptions delivery schedule.
