When to take my Turmeric capsules?

The suggested serving size is 2-4 capsules per day
The majority of people find 4 capsules to be the most effective as this provides 2600mg organic turmeric. This is in line with the University of Maryland Medical Research Centres recommendation of 1000mg- 3000mg per day.
We recommend people start slowly with 1-2 capsules per day to allow your body time to get used to turmeric and see how you feel as you slowly increase.
If you have a sensitive stomach then starting with 1-2 capsules per day for the first 3-5 days will allow your body time to get used to turmeric.
Turmeric side effects?
Side effects from turmeric are very rare and normally consist of loose bowel movements. This occurs when you are not used to turmeric and take to much too soon. It can be prevented by starting at a low dose and slowly increasing.
If you do experience loose bowel movements. Take a break from the capsules until it passes and then start with 1 capsule with your biggest meal of the day and stay with this amount for 3-4 days before increasing.
If you are susceptible to reflux we recommend taking the capsules at the start of a meal which helps to stimulate digestion and prevent any aftertaste from the turmeric.
Staying hydrated
Turmeric can have a mild diuretic effect on some people so we recommend you increase your water intake while taking turmeric.
