    I take vit D3 and K2 and also the Turmeric Vitality liquid, as I lift weights and prior to that my joints had started protesting (I am 51 so no spring chicken!). Now I feel the same as in my 20s, nothing hurts anymore and I only ever get a cold every couple of years. I am very happy with that.
