I heard about black seed from a documentary called The truth about cancer which I highly recommend people watch. This is a miraculous plant medicine people have known about since the pyramids and can be great benefit to our health. I chose this company because the oil is cold pressed and organic and one of the few I could find with a glass bottle. Inner vitality black seed oil is a miracle! I have tried many other black seed oils but this one I much easier to swallow and tastes a lot better. After using it for just a week my body feels lighter and my skin feels super soft.
You can both drink it, just one teaspoon a day, and rub it on aches and pains. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and it really helps. Hate the taste, but can bear it with just 5 mls once a day.
