Surprisingly enjoyable

When my sister suggested that I take this oil every day I thought 'yuk', but she assured me it's pleasant tasting and she was right, so I was happly continue taking it. Tried this as had read a great deal about its benefits, and felt that it would be better in liquid form. It’s a bit yucky to taste, but I take this probably every other day along with the turmeric and black seed oil - and really do feel that it makes a difference. I feel brighter in the mornings. Noticeably. Without that brain fug I have all too often. Also, my skin is much better at this time of year than usual. It’s not dry at all. So, to conclude - yes I would definitely recommend this product. Thanks
