Having recovered from surgery of the spine and a knee replacement, I needed something to dull the pain in my lower back. I have to say since using the organic Turmeric capsules the pain in my hip is down to a twinge which to me is a massive improvement but iv only been taking these for about 3 weeks now so hoping the long I take them the better it's going to get . I will be buying these again. Thank you xxx
