A bit expensive for me. I used to take a tablespoon daily of seven seas cod liver oil but can't find it in the shops now, so decided to try this. It tastes much nicer but is a smaller bottle so only take a teaspoon.

I award this product, Wild Omega 3 fish oil 4 stars. It's early days yet as I've recently started taking it. There's no taste of fish, only of a pleasant lemon which is quite refreshing itself.
