Coffee or Tea.
Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon to your tea or coffee and stir.
Fruit & Vegetable Smoothies
Blend your favourite fruits, greens, nuts and Lion's mane for a nourishing brain boosting smoothie.
One of our favourites is:
-Frozen Blueberries (strawberries or pineapple also work great)
-Frozen Spinach
-1/2 Banana
-A small handful of Walnuts, Pecans or Brazil nuts.
-1 Teaspoon of Lion's Mane.
For a digestion and tissue strengthening boost, combine with 1 Scoop of Prebiotic Collagen Powder.
Juice or Water
Lion's Mane has a savoury neutral taste and can be added to water or juices if you need to take a serving on the move.
Yoghurt
Add a teaspoon to your favourite yoghurt.
Try Greek yoghurt with berries, granola, a dash of honey and a teaspoon of Lion's mane.
Porridge Oats
Either cook your oats or leave then to soak in your choice of milk over night.
Add your favourite fruit and chopped nuts or nut butter. Mix in a teaspoon of Lion's mane and honey to sweeten.
Scrambled eggs
Try seasoning your scrambled eggs with a generous dusting of Lions Mane powder.
Salad Dressings
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, a pinch of salt, and Lion's Mane powder to create a unique dressing for salads.
Stir Fry
Stir-fry your favourite vegetables and add a teaspoon of Lion's Mane powder towards the end of cooking when the heat is lower.
