  • When is the best time to take Lion's Mane?

Lion's mane can be taken at any time of day, depending on personal preference and the reasons for taking it.

Some people prefer to take Lion's Mane in the morning for its cognitive benefits, as it can help with focus and concentration throughout the day. Others might find it beneficial to take it in the evening, as studies show Lions Mane can help support relaxation and improve sleep quality.

If you are unsure when is best for you, try taking a serving in the morning and evening to see what suits you best.

Like most healthy habits, the important thing is consistency. Combining your daily dose with another ritual in your life, like your morning coffee or evening herbal tea is a great way ensure you stay consistent.

  • How much Lion's Mane should I take?

The majority of people report feeling the most benefit from taking 3g per day. This is one teaspoon.

It is always best to start slow when taking a new food or supplement for the first time. Starting with a half teaspoon (1.5g) for 2 - 4 days allows your body time to get used to the Lion's mane before increasing to a higher dose.

  • Can I take Lion's Mane with other supplements?

Yes, Lion's Mane mushroom is a natural food and can be taken alongside any of our supplements or superfood powders.
