I’ve completed just over a month on fermented turmeric and fish oil, so it’s still quite new to my daily routine. I’ve noticed a difference in my digestion and feel it’s certainly helped me. With regards to taking fish oil, it’s a fact that we need to take in Omega 3, and its also a fact the we don’t know for sure that our diet is providing what’s required, so it reassurance that I am now.
Would recommend trying this. It’s easy to take if you don’t like capsules/tablets and absorbs quicker into your system
After a slow start, of not sleeping well and to allow the Shilajit Magnesium Glycinate to be absorbed into my body, I am now sleeping better at night. I fall asleep quickly, however I am waking about midnight to use the bathroom, and then unable to return to sleep for a couple of hours. Once I drift back to sleep I am sleeping until 7.00am, which is good for me.
