Doesn't mix well in cold drinks, better when warm. Not keen on the taste even when mixed with fruit juice. Will probably buy capsules in future.

Not my favourite thing to have by its self in water but following the companies advice I tried a teaspoon mixed with yoghurt and the taste was fine. I always have good energy so this is just a maintance thing for me to keep me healthy in winter.
