I've been taking these capsules for a few weeks now. I think that my stuff joints that hurt are a little better, during the day. I was hoping that the 2nd capsule at the end of the day would ease my joints when I wake in the morning, but maybe this will come with time. I think that my eczema has slightly improved which is great. The capsules are easy to swallow even though they aren't the smallest.

Great product, have been using for quite some time. I have arthritic fingers., thus really helps with the pain - of which I hardly notice now.
I used this tumeric to see how it would help my jaw pain. I suffer with TMJ and was using ibuprofen a lot and I remember using tumeric capsules before when I had back issues. This was honestly like instant relief I took them each morning and my jaw pain went from extreme pain to next to nothing. I am taking two capsules a day and will continue to take them whilst I still have a lot of stress in my life I am using them to help control any flare up issues. Would really recommend them as I've been taking them bow for about a month and they have taken my pain away. 🙏🏼
