Expiry Date for Magnesium Glycinate Capsules refill pouch was before I commenced them!

I should have checked the expiry date for the refill pouch for the magnesium glycinate as used the bottle first and when i came to start the refil the capsules had past expiry date!
I still took them as I couldnt find my purchase email, it is only as I am finishing this batch that I realised whilst searching for a replacement where I had purchased them from.
Previously no issues with this company, but disappointed that quality control does not include sending out products that will expre before used!
Not sure if they really work or whether that is because potency lost due to date?

Wasn’t for me

I tried magnesium glycinate as i read that it can help with sleep. I only tried it for 17 days and had to stop. Unfortunately for me it did help a little with my sleep but it made me dizzy and my blood pressure dropped. I did stop it for a few days and tried again but the dizziness came back :-(. However, i did message vitality and told them about my situation and they immediately refunded me, no questions asked! That is impressive service and makes me want to purchase with them again. Hence the four stars otherwise it would be five! Can’t fault the company, its just me being unfortunate… again!

Too soon to tell!

The delivery was prompt, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be seeing after such a short time :-) Being completely honest I'm still finishing up my previous Magnesium product before starting this one. If anyone can tell me what differences to look out for I can review them.

Wow that's a bold title but in all honesty these HAVE changed my life, started taking these in November 2023 so have been taking them for 14 months. Within 3 weeks I noticed I was sleeping better in 6 weeks I realised I wasn't feeling anxious and to this day still haven't had any anxiety.The tablets are quite big in size but don't have any issues with that.I take 2 a night, half hour before I go to bed.
