Coffee or Tea.
Add 1 scoop to your tea or coffee and stir.
Fruit & Vegetable Smoothies
Blend your favourite fruits, greens, nuts and Prebiotic Collagen for a nourishing brain boosting smoothie.

-Frozen Blueberries (strawberries or pineapple also work great)

Juice or Water

Either cook your oats or leave then to soak in your choice of milk over night.
