Having recovered from surgery of the spine and a knee replacement, I needed something to dull the pain in my lower back. I began with drinking turmeric tea made from supermarket turmeric powder, it helped a bit! I then saw an advert for bio-fermented Turmeric from TurmericVitality. I have to say since using the organic Turmeric capsules the pain in my hip is down to a twinge which to me is a massive improvement but iv only been taking these for about 3 weeks now so hoping the long I take them the better it's going to get . I will be buying these again. Thank you xxx

Since changing from just taking the capsules to the mix of the capsules and the bio-fermented liquid each morning I have noticed a difference with my bowel movements for the better, and my husband is sure it has made a difference to his ability to pee . I have been using Turmeric Capsules for 6 months plus. I have bad osteo arthritis in neck and spine since taking the Turmeric capsules I have noticed a definite improvement without doubt.
