Fruit & Vegetable Smoothies
Blend your favourite fruits, greens, nuts and Moringa powder for a nourishing nutrient packed smoothie.
One of our favourites is:
-Frozen Blueberries (strawberries and/or pineapple also work great)
-A small handful of Walnuts, Pecans or Brazil nuts.
-1 Teaspoon of Moringa Powder.
-1 Scoop Collagen Powder.
Juice or Water
Moringa powder has an earth spinach like taste and can be added to water or juices if you need to take a serving on the move.
Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon to your tea or coffee and stir.
Add a teaspoon to your favourite yoghurt.
Try Greek yoghurt with berries, granola, a dash of honey and a teaspoon of Moringa.
Either cook your oats or leave then to soak in your choice of milk over night.
Add your favourite fruit and chopped nuts or nut butter. Mix in a teaspoon of Moringa and honey to sweeten.
Try seasoning your scrambled eggs with a generous dusting of Moringa powder.
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, a pinch of salt, and Moringa powder to create a unique dressing for salads.
Stir-fry your favourite vegetables and add a teaspoon of Moringa powder towards the end of cooking when the heat is lower.
